Edit: extensions_custom.conf
Then add the following into the section
[from-internal-custom]
;UK Talking Clock
exten => _123,1,Answer
exten => _123,2,SayUnixTime()
exten => _123,3,Hangup
The above will tell you the time I added this as there is no need to call the talking clock and waste money
